Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads Management in Seattle
Watt Consulting runs Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google search ads for small businesses across Greater Seattle, in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, covering audience, creative, copy, budget and weekly tuning. Management is $300 a month. You pay Google and Meta directly for the ad spend, with no markup.
Boosting a post to 'reach more people' without a plan behind it is usually the fastest way to burn a budget with nothing to show for it. Paid ads work when a specific offer is put in front of a specific neighborhood, and the results are measured in customers, not impressions.

What's included
- Ad account, pixel and conversion tracking set up and verified end to end
- Offer and message worked out before anything is built
- Audience strategy: new customers by area, retargeting of site visitors and engaged followers, and lookalikes where the data supports them
- Campaign build on Meta and Google search
- Ad creative and copy variations, with new creative rotated in on a schedule
- Weekly tuning: budget pacing, audience changes and creative rotation
- A monthly report tying spend to results in dollars
What does it cost?
$300 a month for management, plus ad spend that you pay directly to Google and Meta on your own card, in your own ad account. There's no markup on spend. A suggested starting budget for most local businesses is $300 to $500 a month. Below that, the platforms can't gather enough data to optimize.
How the first 30 days work
- Week 1: Tracking audit and setup. Nothing launches until conversions are being counted correctly.
- Week 2: Offer, audiences and creative built and approved.
- Weeks 3–4: Launch and data collection. The first two weeks are the platforms learning, and the numbers settle after that.
- Days 60–90: You'll have a real cost per customer and a clear decision on whether to scale, change or stop.
What I won't promise
A number of leads, a fixed cost per lead, or a return-on-ad-spend figure. The ad auction, the season and your competitors' budgets all move those numbers, and the platforms can pause an ad without notice. What I will commit to is disciplined testing, honest reporting, and telling you plainly if the math stops working.
Who this is for
Businesses with a clear offer and the capacity to handle more customers, such as a restaurant promoting catering, a contractor filling next month's schedule, or a studio launching a class. It works best when targeting is tight: a few Seattle neighborhoods, the Eastside, or the specific cities you serve in King, Pierce or Snohomish County.
Frequently asked questions
How much should a Seattle small business spend on ads?
For most local businesses, a meaningful test starts at $300 to $500 a month in ad spend, plus management. Below that the platforms can't gather enough data to optimize, and you pay for a learning phase that never ends.
Who pays Facebook and Google?
You do, directly, on your own card and in your own ad accounts. Watt Consulting never marks up ad spend and never holds your accounts.
How long until ads start working?
Plan on about 30 days before the numbers mean anything, and 60 to 90 days before you know your real cost per customer. The first two weeks are data collection.
What if an ad gets rejected?
It happens, sometimes for reasons that don't make obvious sense. I revise and resubmit, and appeal where it's warranted. Regulated categories need extra lead time.
